Elkamet develops and manufactures technically sophisticated components for the international automotive and lighting industries. Our portfolio includes extrusion profiles made from high-performance polymer materials, PA/PE/XPE tank systems for fuel, hydraulic and urea applications, and functional and aesthetically appealing components for modern lighting technologies.
Using processes such as extrusion, co-extrusion, mirror welding, injection moulding and our own toolmaking facilities, we produce precision components to individual specifications. The result is durable, dimensionally accurate and application-specific products – from prototypes to series production.
Extrusion enables the continuous production of shapes and profiles from various materials. At Elkamet, we use this process to manufacture complex products for various industries.
Elkamet is an expert in manufacturing molded parts using the rotational molding process. The rotational molding process enables the production of hollow plastic components with complex plastic geometries and is ideally suited for large components such as tanks and containers.
The blow molding process enables the efficient production of precise hollow bodies from high-quality plastics. In blow molding, we use durable and impact-resistant polycarbonate, which is an ideal material for our lighting fixtures due to its optical brilliance.
