Nine colleagues have completed their degrees as part of the StudiumPlus programme and their vocational training. We offer them our warmest congratulations and are delighted that they are now putting their knowledge into practice.
On Monday, May 4, 2026, we at Elkamet came together to celebrate a special milestone: Nine colleagues graduated from the StudiumPlus program and their vocational training.
Congratulations to Annika Deutzer, Phil Brinkmann, Patrick Krisch, and Timo Schneider on completing their studies in the field of Engineering—Design. We would also like to congratulate Samuel Debus on graduating with a degree in Industrial Engineering—Mechanical Engineering. With these qualifications, our colleagues are not only furthering their personal development but also strengthening the expertise we need every day at Elkamet in our projects and processes.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt congratulations on passing the final exams in their vocational training programs. Lukas Beimborn has completed his training as an electronics technician, and Jonas Becker has completed his training as a toolmaker. We would also like to congratulate Bahez Hama Khursched and Michael Di Rienzo, who have successfully completed their training as plastics and rubber technologists. Different professions, but one thing in common: consistent learning and a willingness to take on responsibility.
During the congratulatory remarks, members of management also shared a few personal words: Michael Parsch wished the graduates happiness, success, and all the best. Lutz Bergmann highlighted the diversity of the degrees and the spirit of teamwork. Phillip Flammer praised their achievements and said: "That was a great performance. Put that power to work on the road. Here's to a long and successful future with you all." In closing, Eberhard Flammer told the graduates: “You have a long and exciting journey ahead of you. You are on the threshold of an exciting time: creativity is needed to find the right answers.” Our company chairwoman, Olga Faruga-Bohn, and our human resources manager, Michael Honndorf, also joined in the congratulations and wished him all the best.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all graduates and wish them a great start to the next phase of their lives, as well as the joy of applying what they’ve learned in their daily lives and continuing to learn.
