Elkamet was recognised in Marburg as one of the TOP 100 companies during Internship Week. The award recognises the company’s commitment to providing young people with practical insights into the world of work – and demonstrates how successful the promotion of young talent works in the region.
A special moment for Elkamet: our commitment to young talent was recognised at the official ceremony honouring the TOP 100 companies during Internship Week in Marburg. The award highlights the importance placed on practical insights and career guidance in the region – and that Elkamet is playing an active role in this.
Chantal-Adriana Schwarz from the Elkamet Talent Programme accepted the certificate on behalf of the company. The event brought together representatives from business, education and politics, including the District Office, the State Education Authority, as well as teachers and pupils from Niederwalgern Comprehensive School. The diversity of the participants highlighted just how important the link between school education and workplace practice has become.
Elkamet has been supporting this development for many years: through work experience placements, insights into apprenticeship-based careers and close collaboration with schools, we help to guide young people and highlight career prospects. Behind this are numerous colleagues who support young people in their career exploration process.
For Elkamet, this award is an incentive to continue fostering enthusiasm for technology, skilled trades and innovation in the region.
