Here at Elkamet, we know that our success stands or falls with our colleagues, and as one of the region’s largest employers, we are mindful of our responsibility towards all our staff. That is why we are committed to ensuring that everyone – regardless of their background – is offered opportunities and prospects for the future here with us, whether in the form of regular German language courses or joint celebrations and outings to foster a sense of community. We also provide rooms in our staff accommodation at a low cost, to offer our staff a place to live close to school and work.
In recognition of our efforts, Elkamet has this year been awarded the ‘LEBEN’ Seal of Quality for Intercultural Diversity by the Marburg-Biedenkopf district and the city of Marburg for the third time. We successfully achieved three stars, thereby maintaining the results we have achieved in recent years. Next year, our aim is to earn another star – thanks to even greater commitment from our staff.
