Eight employees celebrated their tenth anniversary at Elkamet and were honoured for this on 11 August in Biedenkopf. The celebration recognised not only their long-standing loyalty to the company, but also their valuable contribution to Elkamet’s success.
Ten years with the company is a special milestone. On August 11, eight employees who celebrated their ten-year work anniversary in 2026 were honored in Biedenkopf. Together with representatives from management, the works council, and the human resources department, they looked back on a decade filled with dedication, experience, and shared successes.
Human Resources Manager Michael Honndorf personally congratulated the honorees and thanked them for their long-standing loyalty to the company. The executive board and the works council also addressed the honorees with personal remarks. Managing Director Eberhard Flammer recognized the employees’ contributions to the company’s growth and emphasized the importance of Elkamet as a reliable employer. Lutz Bergmann, Managing Director and Head of the "Profiles for Automotive Applications" business unit, highlighted the important role played by the honorees in production, noting that as the final step before the product reaches the customer, they make a significant contribution to product quality. Managing Director Philipp Flammer emphasized the significance of ten years of service: “Ten years is truly a whole chapter of one’s life. Thank you for your dedication, and all the best for the future.”
In addition to the awards, the focus was also on personal stories. The paths that led people to Elkamet were as varied as the people themselves. Some learned about the company through family or friends, while others joined Elkamet after transitioning from other industries or business units.
The anniversary celebration once again made it clear that behind Elkamet’s success are the people who have shaped the company over many years with their dedication, experience, and reliability.
