Metallic materials for the most demanding requirements

Metals

When prototypes need to have near-series properties, there is no way around metallic materials. Strength, hardness and chemical resistance make metals the standard in the automotive, mechanical engineering and electronics industries. Our additive metal manufacturing combines these proven material properties with the design freedom of 3D printing.

Based on many years of experience in metal processing, we precisely manufacture your individual components using the optimal production process. From functional prototypes to resilient small series – with the quality your application requires.

SLM technology: precision meets resilience

We process stainless steel, aluminium and tool steel using selective laser melting. Layer by layer, fully metallic components with near-series properties and maximum precision are created. Complex geometries that are impossible with conventional processes can be realised with wall thicknesses starting at 0.3 mm.
