From raw component to end product

Post-processing – The perfect finish for your 3D components

Targeted post-processing enables 3D-printed components to achieve series quality. Mechanical processing, surface finishing and coatings transform prototypes into ready-to-use functional parts. From the automotive industry to medical technology, precise post-processing makes additive manufacturing a fully-fledged production alternative.

Smoothing

The PostPro SF50 process reduces surface roughness by up to 90 per cent and completely eliminates visible layer lines. Controlled steam treatment creates aesthetically appealing surfaces with near-series quality. The sealing also increases mechanical strength and chemical resistance for demanding industrial applications.

Dyeing

SLS-printed components can be coloured in-house according to your individual requirements. The colours are abrasion-resistant and solvent-resistant. Components coloured using our process are fully mechanically resilient. It is also possible to paint SLS-printed components.

Mechanical finishing

We offer various mechanical finishing processes for your 3D-printed components. Wire EDM, milling, surface grinding, turning and drilling transform prototypes into precision parts ready for series production with maximum dimensional accuracy.
