Our machinery includes various additive manufacturing processes for plastic and metal components. Different build spaces and technologies enable us to produce both fine detail structures and large-volume components. Precision and surface quality according to your specifications.

Large-volume components in record time

FGF-Technology

This process is particularly suitable for the production of large-volume functional parts and small series. Granulate-based processing enables the use of cost-effective raw materials with maximum material diversity. Optimized layer build-up times also allow complex geometries to be realized economically.

  • Materials: A wide range of materials possible (hard and soft).
Robust prototypes in record time

FDM-Technology

This process is particularly suitable for the manufacture of technical functional parts. Advanced high-performance plastics guarantee absolute reliability. Even demanding application situations can be represented thanks to extremely tight tolerances.

Precision without support structures

SLS-Technology

The SLS process can be used to manufacture components from thermoplastics on an industrial scale. The process allows the production of spare parts, functional prototypes, and models without support structures. The SLS process enables us to economically manufacture small series using additive manufacturing.

  • Build volume: 340 x 340 x 600 mm
  • Possible layer Thicknesses: 0,06 – 0,18 mm
  • Accurancy: +/- 0,2 mm bzw. +/- 0,3 %
  • Materials: PA1101 and TPU
  • Colors: SLS components are individually colored in-house – abrasion-resistant, solvent-resistant, and fully mechanically resilient. Alternatively: professional painting.
Metal components without machining limits

SLM-Technology

In selective laser melting, we fuse metal powder layer by layer to create resilient components that are in no way inferior to machined components. Our state-of-the-art equipment achieves maximum detail accuracy and processes stainless steel, tool steel and aluminium with precision. The resulting components are media-tight, highly stable and qualified for continuous industrial use. Starting at a wall thickness of just 0.3 mm, we can produce complex geometries that are not possible with conventional manufacturing processes.
