elkaTEC HS is a thermally conductive plastic developed exclusively for Elkamet. The thermal conductivity allows for new, integrated solutions.

In combination with other components, elkaTEC HS can help to significantly increase the service life of LEDs through optimized heat dissipation - with five times the thermal conductivity of conventional plastics.

This means greater design freedom as well as component and cost savings in design. At the same time, the extremely application-friendly properties of polycarbonate are largely retained and the material is electrically insulating.
