In the blow moulding process, moulded parts can be produced to a high quality and with the highest dimensional accuracy.

A: First, a fully formed and cylindrical preform is produced by injection moulding.

B: During subsequent inflation of the heated preform, stretching of the moulding compound begins across all dimensions until the blow-mould construction is filled.

C: After a cooling time, the mould can be opened and the luminaire covers can be removed.
