However, every company runs the risk that at times things may not go according to plan or that it may unwittingly be confronted with unfair practices. Openness and accountability are necessary to prevent such situations or to address them should they occur. For this purpose, Elkamet has a whistleblowing procedure including an internal reporting office.

As part of the Whistleblower Protection Act, which has now come into force, new regulations apply to protect whistleblowers from reprisals.

You can submit your complaint to the internal reporting office here so that our whistleblowing officer can take care of it. The report can be made anonymously by leaving the Name and Department fields blank. Only an e-mail address is required for further communication.
